The concentrated paste colours pastel from Sugarflair give a beautiful colour to marzipan or fondant.

Instructions: Stir well before use. Colour in small amount by applying the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something like it, then knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured.

Ingredients: humectant: E422, thickener: E551, colour: E102, E170i.

Maximum usable dose: 5 g/kg.
