When will my order be delivered?
An order will be shipped as soon as the payment is received.
An order is shipped as soon as we receive the payment. The delivery time is as follows:
- If you place your order before 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday), you will receive your package the next day. If you place your order after 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday), your package will arrive the day after tomorrow.
- Order placed after 4:30 PM on Friday or during the weekend? Then we’ll ship your package on Monday, and you’ll receive it on Tuesday.
Shipping costs
For the Netherlands and Belgium, the following applies: Shipping via PostNL is €5.95 up to 30 kg. These costs are automatically calculated and shown during checkout. The other shipping costs can be found in the table below.
NOTE: Packages heavier than 23 kg will be split into two packages. For packages over 23 kg, this means double shipping costs will apply. However, if your total order amount exceeds €75, we will ship it for free in the Netherlands and/or Belgium.

Q: Incorrect track and trace information for evening delivery
Unfortunately, there is a technical issue with PostNL, which causes incorrect track & trace information to be sent. When PostNL receives your package and performs the first scan, you may wrongly receive a notification that delivery will occur the next day. Later, when your package gets a second scan during the day, the information will be updated to an evening delivery between 17:30-22:00. Unfortunately, we have no control over PostNL’s systems.
Q: How can I track my package?
Once your shipment is received by PostNL, you will receive an email with your track & trace information. You can enter this into the PostNL app or on www.postnl.nl, along with your postal code. You can adjust the delivery time or choose a pick-up point via the link in the email or through the app. If any information is missing from the email, you can request it via info@deleukstetaartenshop.nl.
Q: I haven’t received a shipping email
It may happen that the confirmation ends up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder first, as it might only be visible on a computer. If you have an account, you can go to your account and click on "track order." You will then be redirected to the PostNL track & trace page.
Q: My package has been shipped, but it’s not here yet. What now?
98% of packages are delivered the first delivery day after shipping in the Netherlands. In some cases, it may be delayed. On the day of shipping, we send an email indicating that the order has been dispatched. This email also includes instructions on how to track your package. If this doesn’t provide extra information, please contact info@deleukstetaartenshop.nl. The sooner you contact us, the more we can assist you.
Q: What if I’m not home all day?
If you are not home when your package is delivered, it will be left with a neighbor or at a PostNL point.
To track your package, you can use the track & trace code sent in your email and in the PostNL app. With this code, you can see the delivery time and where it was delivered if you weren’t home.
No PostNL account and no email address registered? The delivery driver will leave a 'missed delivery notice' with a 'missed delivery code' that lets you know where your package is. You can enter this code via this link.

Q: What are the delivery times in the Netherlands?
PostNL delivers from Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 and 21:30. We have no influence over PostNL’s schedule. For more information on PostNL delivery times, click here.
Q: I want my package delivered to someone else or to my work. Is there anything I should keep in mind?
If the recipient's name differs from the name on the doorbell, the courier may refuse to deliver the package. When choosing a different delivery address, make sure the name matches the one at that address. For a work address, please include the company name. Note! Orders paid via Klarna can only be delivered to your own address.
Q: The items are gifts. Can you wrap them nicely?
Unfortunately, due to the various sizes of our products, we are unable to offer gift wrapping.
Q: Can I pick up my package?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pick up your package from our office. All packages will be sent via PostNL.
