Payment options
We offer the following payment options on our website:
iDEAL
Paying with iDEAL is safe and fast. It is based on internet banking and works similarly to using a debit card. You pay in the secure online payment environment of your own bank. All details are already filled in, and the payment is carried out immediately. iDEAL is only available in the Netherlands. For Belgium, Bancontact is a direct payment method.
KBC, CBC and Belfius (Belgium only)
Belgian customers can pay using KBC, CBC and Belfius. These payment methods are based on online banking and are similar to paying by debit card. You complete your purchase in your bank’s familiar and secure online payment environment. All details are pre-filled, and the payment is processed immediately.
Bancontact
For our Belgian customers, the 'Bancontact' payment method is available. Choose Bancontact as your payment method. After entering the necessary details, your payment will be processed immediately and deducted from your bank account. The order will be processed immediately. Bancontact is only available for Belgium.
Klarna (only in the Netherlands)
By choosing Klarna, you can pay for your order afterward.
During the ordering process, select Klarna as your payment method, and a form will expand (therefore, do not click ‘Next’ immediately). Fill in this form truthfully and as completely as possible. A credit check will be carried out based on this information. You will immediately see if your details are accepted. Then complete the rest of the ordering process. Once we have received your order, the items will be shipped as soon as possible. Within a few days of shipment, you will receive an invoice via email. You must pay this invoice to Klarna within 14 days.
Note: The following conditions apply when paying afterward via Klarna:
- Choosing a different delivery address is not possible with this payment method.
- You must be older than 18 years to use this payment option.
- By choosing this payment method, you automatically agree to Klarna's general terms and conditions.
Credit card (Visa, American Express and MasterCard)
Keep your credit card ready when using this payment method. You will need your credit card number, expiration date, and CID/CVC code. This code is on the back of your credit card and consists of three digits.
All MultiSafePay credit card transactions are carried out with 3D Secure support. Moreover, MultiSafePay is supervised by the Dutch Central Bank.
Credit card payments are available in the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Finland, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Poland.
PayPal
Do you have a PayPal account? Then you can directly transfer your payment to our PayPal account. Your payment is authorized online, so you will know immediately if it has been approved.
PayPal is available in the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Finland, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Poland.
Apple Pay
With Apple Pay, you can pay quickly and easily. Choose Apple Pay as your payment method at checkout. You can then complete the payment using the fingerprint scanner or Face ID.
Google Pay
Easily pay with Google Pay, and within seconds, your order is completed.
Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay, you pay using the payment method linked to your Amazon account.
FAQ
Q: My order has status Pending, what does that mean?
This means MultiSafePay has not yet been able to link a payment to your order
Q: I accidently placed my order twice, but just paid one (via MultiSafePay). What should I do?
We only handle prepaid orders if we have received a payment confirmation from MultiSafePay. Other orders will be cancelled automatically. You do not have to do anything. E-mails from MultiSafePay about this subject may be ignored.
Q: I have already paid, but am still receiving e-mails from MultiSafePay?
Sometimes payments are being registered by MultiSafePay twice with the same reference. MultiSafePay gives every entry its own ID. For one ID the payment may be completed, for the other ID MultiSafePay still sends you reminders. If you have any doubts, you can contact us through info@deleukstetaartenshop.nl or MultiSafePay through support@multisafepay.nl or by phone: +31 20 85 00 500.
Q: I got an error message while checking out. What should I do?
If you have chosen one of the payment methods by MultiSafePay, you should receive an e-mail from them within half an hour. This e-mail contains a payment link, that allows you to complete the payment. If you rather prefer to place a new order, that is fine. You may ignore the e-mails from MultiSafePay. An order with status Pending will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.
If you have chosen for post pay through Klarna, it depends on which error shows. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: My details were not accepted by Klarna. What should I do?
Make sure all details are filled in correctly, check for typing errors, and try again. Should you still be rejected by Klarna, please choose one of the other payment types provided by MultiSafePay.
To use Klarna, you should be 18 years or older. Afterpay by Klarna is only possible for orders up to €250,-.

Gift card
Paying with Deleukstetaartenshop giftcard
In your shopping cart, click on proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to the page where you need to fill in your details and select a payment method. At the bottom of the checkout page, under the total amount, there is a field for gift card code; enter your code here. The value of the gift card will be deducted from the total amount. If the total amount is less than your gift card, the remaining balance will stay as credit. You can use this credit for your next order. You can also redeem multiple gift cards at the same time.
