2. Packing

Pack all items you wish to return. Don't forget to include the return form, without it we unfortunately cannot process the return.

3. Send

Report your package within 14 days to the carrier with which you want to return your package. Send your package to the following address:

4. Refund

We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Q: Can I return and exchange an item?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. You can return the product and place a new order.

Q: Where can I drop off my return package?
You can drop off your return package at a parcel point. Make sure to write the return address on the box. They will create a return label for you at the parcel point. The return costs are for your own account.

Q: I have received a defect item, how can I return it?
If you have received a defective item or an item that does not work properly, please contact our customer service first. This can be done by sending an email to info@deleukstetaartenshop.nl.

Deleukstetaartenshop.nl accepts returns, for which you have 14 days to change your mind and 14 days to return. This period starts on the day after receipt. Within this period, an item can be returned without giving reasons. The following conditions are attached to this:

• The item is returned in an as original condition as possible and is undamaged. If this is not the case, a depreciation may be charged.
• Items are not used.
• If you have tried or used the article more than is reasonably necessary to assess the product, Deleukstetaartenshop.nl has the right to charge a reduction in value on the product
• Preferably, the fully completed return form or packing slip will be sent with your return. Always mention your order number with your return. We cannot process your return without the return form or packing slip or order number.
• Items excluded from the right of withdrawal are items that can spoil within the reflection period. 

Sorry to hear that you want to return your package or an item. Perhaps you had different expectations, is it the wrong size, the product does not meet your expectations, or if you just want to return your purchase. You can return your purchase within 14 days.

• Download the return form, fill it in completely and put the form in the box
• State the following return address on the box:

  Attn. Returns Department DLS ………… (your reference number)

• Take your return shipment to a parcel point. Here they will create a return label for you and ship your package

You can also first indicate that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal by informing us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form (as attached below) for this, but you are not obliged to do so. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any case no later than 14 days after we have received the cancellation notice. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please note: only items purchased in our webshop can be returned.

f you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund the amount with the same payment method which you made the original transaction with, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. You can also choose to receive a voucher. We will send the voucher by e-mail within a week and you can use it with your next order.

The originally delivery costs will only be credited if the entire order is returned within 14 days. When you return a part of your order, we do not credit the delivery costs.

Klarna:
We register your return with Klarna. As soon as the returns had been processed, you will receive a adjusted invoice from Klarna by email. Have you already payed? Then Klarna will credit the amount.

Deleukstetaartenshop giftcard:
If you have paid your order with a giftcard, the amount will be credited to you via a Deleukstetaartenshop giftcard.

Insufficient postage:
Deleukstetaartenshop.nl does accept returns with insufficient postage paid. If this is the case, the delivery fees will be charged. All delivery fees are to be paid for by you and you are also responsible for the risks of your return delivery.
