Placing an order
You can easily order through the website. Find the desired item(s) on our website using the search bar or the taskbar. Then click on add for the product. This action will place the product in your shopping cart. Once you have placed all the products in your cart, you can go to your cart to follow the steps and proceed to checkout. Still unclear? Contact our customer service for assistance.
Account
You do not need an account to place an order. However, there are advantages to ordering via an account. By creating an account on our webshop, you can check out faster, save and manage multiple shipping addresses, view your order status, look back at previous orders, keep a wish list, and much more...
Cancel/change order
Due to the speed of our automated warehouse and packing system, we cannot add products to an order or combine packages. It is also not possible to cancel your order because of this. You can place a new order, but unfortunately, additional shipping costs will apply. The upside is that we handle your package at the highest speed, so you receive it quickly!

Q: I would like to order a cake, is that possible?
We are an online store for cake supplies; we do not sell ready-made cakes. On our webshop, you can find everything you need to bake a cake yourself. For inspiration, you can check out our recipes page, which features the best and most fun recipes.
Q: The date for a temporarily out-of-stock item used to show today, but now it only says temporarily out of stock. Why is that?
Our system cannot display today’s date as an expected date. Items arrive at our warehouse throughout the day, and they are also marked as available throughout the day.
Q: A later date is now suddenly showing for a temporarily out-of-stock item. What happened?
It’s likely that the supplier has indicated that a certain item cannot be delivered, or the entire shipment has been moved to a later date.
Q: What kind of guarantees does the expected delivery date provide?
The expected delivery date is when we anticipate receiving the item. If the supplier, customs, or the carrier causes additional delays (or delivers sooner), this date may be adjusted.
Q: Are the prices on the website VAT included?
All our prices are VAT included.
Q: How can I write a review?
Reviews for Deleukstetaartenshop are collected by Feedback Company.
