Orange Baking Emulsion uses only natural orange oil bursting with the taste and aromas of fresh picked oranges. Use in any recipe calling for orange zest or extract. Great for cookies, cakes, frostings, fillings, and desserts.

Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.

Ingredients: water, natural flavouring, gum arabic, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, citric acid, preservative: E211, acidity regulator: E331.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.

This product is: Kosher certified, gluten-free.
