This Bakery Emulsion Cherry has a delicious rich taste, exactly what you expect of a cherry flavor.

This Emulsion is water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high temperatures.

Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, acidity regulator: E330, modified corn starch, xanthan gum.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
