This Cream Cheese Bakery Emulsion gives your cheesecake a delicious cake. Use in any recipe calling for orange zest or extract. Great for cookies, cakes, frostings, fillings, and desserts.

Emulsions are water-based, alternatives to extracts. The flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.

Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, flavouring, preservative: E211, acidity regulator: E330.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
