This versatile fondant rolls out smoothly and is easy to model, making it ideal for covering small cakes, cupcakes, cookies and creating subtle decorative details. Achieve an even finish effortlessly without cracks or tears.
The light vanilla flavour pairs beautifully with a variety of cakes and fillings. Thanks to its fine texture, the fondant dries with a smooth surface that can easily be painted or dusted for extra accents. Perfect for baby showers, vintage themes or stylish creations where a soft duck egg tone takes centre stage.

- 250g fondant with a light vanilla flavour, ready to use.
- Knead the fondant on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
- Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out the fondant to a thickness of 2-4mm.
- Roll the fondant up using a rolling pin and place it over the cake. Gently smooth the top with your hand.
- Smooth the sides with the palm of your hand or use a smoother for a flawless finish. Trim away any excess fondant.
- For small cracks: gently rub with your hand or use a flexi smoother while the fondant is still fresh.
- For best results: first cover the cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache before applying the fondant.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap leftover fondant airtight.
