Achieve an even finish effortlessly without cracks or tears.
The light vanilla flavour pairs beautifully with a variety of cakes and fillings. Thanks to its fine texture, the fondant dries with a smooth surface that can easily be painted or dusted for extra accents. Perfect for autumn themes, bold designs or creations where a rich dark brown shade takes centre stage.

- 250g fondant with a light vanilla flavour, ready to use.
- Knead the fondant on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
- Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out the fondant to a thickness of 2-4mm.
- Roll the fondant up using a rolling pin and place it over the cake. Gently smooth the top with your hand.
- Smooth the sides with the palm of your hand or use a smoother for a flawless finish. Trim away any excess fondant.
- For small cracks: gently rub with your hand or use a flexi smoother while the fondant is still fresh.
- For best results: first cover the cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache before applying the fondant.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap leftover fondant airtight.
