The Sugar Paste Rosé White is one of the supporting colours from the Colour of the Year 2024 range. This almost white fondant with a subtle hint of pink gives your treats a soft and girly look. Combine it with the Colour of the Year ’24 Chic Aubergine, for a warm, luxurious and quirky colour palette.

FunCakes sugar paste is flexible, smooth and easy to use because of its fine structure and malleability. Thanks to the satin finish FunCakes sugar paste is perfect for covering a cake neatly and creating sharp edges.

• Content: 250 gram.
• Storage: keep in a dry, dark place, 15°C – 20°C.
• Preparation: The following process is recommended for the best result: Let the sugar paste come to ambient temperature. Knead the sugar paste firmly until it is smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste a quarter to prevent sticking. Are there still small cracks visible on the edges when the fondant is rolled out? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when rolling out. Then the sugar paste is ready for use.
