Description
The red fondant from SmartFlex is great for covering cakes, making figures or any kind of decoration. The fondant is easy to handle and can be rolled out very well and thinly. It does not tear, crack or stick during rolling. The surface is perfectly homogeneous with a velvet feel. It can be used in different ranges of temperature from the Mediterranean to Scandinavian.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, drinking water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seed), modified starch (potato starch), strawberry red food colour (glycerol, propylene glycol, colouring (E129), emulsifier (E551)), thickener (xanthan gum), flavouring, preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid). E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Storage: store in a dry place, 16-23°C, protect from light and air. After opening put back the remaining fondant in the original packaging to avoid drying.

It can be used in different ranges of temperature from the Mediterranean to Scandinavian. After opening, any unused product should be placed back into original packaging material to avoid drying. Ensure the sugarpaste is sealed against air and stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Store at temperatures of approximately 16-23°C.
