Who doesn't love a good old muffin? Thanks to the endless options of fillings you can add to muffins, this simple is a type of treat you never get tired of. With this FunCakes baking mix you easily make them yourself. The way they are meant to be: American Style, high, fluffy, vanilla flavoured muffins. Just add water, vegetable oil and preferably a filling of your choice and within half an hour you've got them served and ready to surprise your guests.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). For 12 muffins, put 500 g of the mixture, 200 g (220 ml) of vegetable oil (such as groundnut oil) and 200 ml of water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Add a filling of your choice, such as bake stable chocolate, blueberries, banana or nuts. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper baking cups and fill the cups with batter to just below the rim. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes until golden.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, free-range egg yolk (dried), free-range egg white (dried), stabilizer: E420, modified starch, whey powder (milk),raising agent: E500, E341, E450, emulsifier: E471 (palm), salt, colour: E160a, thickener: E415, flavouring.
