Ingredients

• 500 g FunCakes Mix for Muffins

• 220 ml vegetable oil

• 200 ml water

Tools

• FunCakes Baking Cups White pk/48

• Wilton Recipe® Muffin Pan for 12 cupcakes

• Mixing bowl

• Mixer

Step 1: Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) or 160°C (320°F) for a fan oven. Line the Wilton Recipe® Muffin Pan with the FunCakes Baking Cups White.

Step 2: Make the mix

Mix 500 g of FunCakes Mix for Muffins with 220 ml vegetable oil and 200 ml water on low speed for 5 minutes until you have a smooth batter.

Step 3: Bake the muffins

Fill the baking cups almost to the top with batter. Bake the muffins in the center of the oven for approximately 25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
