Other materials:

• 50 gram cocoa powder
• 50 gram granulated sugar
• 250 ml water
• 200 ml oil

Preheat the oven to 180˚C (convection oven 160˚C). Mix 500 grams mixture, 250 ml water, 50 gram granulated sugar, 50 cocoa powder and 200 ml vegetable oil. Mix on low speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Add a handful chocolate chunks to the batter.

Fill the baking cups with the batter. Bake the muffins in 25 minutes golden brown.
