Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Knead 500 g of mix with 1 egg (50 g), 60 g of butter and 60 ml of water into a firm dough. Let the dough chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll out on a floured work surface to a thickness of 3 mm and cut out the cookies. Bake the cookies in the centre of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and decorate as desired.
