With the FunCakes Mix for Cookies, you can easily bake crispy and crunchy cookies that bring back the best baking memories. Just add butter and egg, and create cookies that are perfect for decorating with sugar paste or royal icing.
The smooth texture and even shape make them ideal for baking with kids. The dough is versatile and can also be used as a crispy base for pies. Any leftover dough can be stored in the freezer for next time.

Use ingredients at room temperature. Knead 500 g of mix with 150 g of butter and 1 egg (50 g) into a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough to approx. 3mm on a floured surface. Cut out shapes and bake in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Let cool and decorate as desired. Makes around 25 cookies (7–10 cm), depending on thickness and shape.
