The FunCakes Deco Melts offer you many decoration options! They are some of FunCakes most versatile product groups. Melt and pour the Deco Melts into any desired shape. Equally popular with experienced home bakers as with their little ones. You can create drip cakes and cupcake decorations, but you can also use it for making lollipops and sweets. When you are having so much fun decorating and the melts harden a bit, no worries, just simply remelt them again! The FunCakes Deco Melts are available in many different colours. Not exactly the colour you are looking for? Then create your own colour by adding a few drops of FunCakes colouring to the white Deco Melts or use an oil-based colouring. The Deco Melts aren't made from real chocolate, but they have sweet creamy flavour.

Due to temperature differences, the Deco Melts may melt or get a whitish coating (fat bloom) in transit and storage. We can assure you that this has no effect on the use and/or the result of the product. Afteowave or au bain-marie and pour in every desired shape.

• Dip, Drip, Drizzle and Decorate with the FunCakes Deco Melts. These FunCakes Deco Melts do not contain E171.
• Melt shortly in the microwave or au bain-marie and pour in every desired shape.
• Perfect for making candy, lollipops and drip cakes. Or dip cupcakes and cookies in the melts.
• Content: 250 gram.

Preparation: Melt in the microwave or au-bain marie. For microwave: Melt at max. 500W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds. Stop heating when the melts are almost completely melted (small bits of melts still visible). Keep stirring until the melts are smooth and completely melted and process as desired. Harden in the refrigerator (10-15 min.).

To achieve the intense white colour, the composition of this product is different from that of the other colours Deco Melts. This results in a slightly thicker product when melting. If desired, add a drop of vegetable oil to make the Deco Melts more fluid.

These Deco Melts do not contain E171 and are therefore less white than the Extreme White Deco Melts. Due to the expected ban on E171 in Europe, we have discontinued the Extreme White Deco Melts. The Natural White are therefore the whitest Deco Melts in our range. Read more about this in our news item.
