How to make ganache and choco buttercream with the Dark Choco Flavour Deco Melts!

Ganache:

• 250 g Deco Melts Dark Choco Flavour
• 125 ml whipped cream

Heat the whipped cream in a pan until right before it boils, make sure it doesn’t actually boil. Then, take the pan off the heat and stir the Deco Melts bit by bit through the whipped cream. Wait with adding the next Deco Melts before the previous part has been completely dissolved. Then let the ganache cool off in the pan until it reaches the consistency of chocolate paste.

Choco Buttercream:

• 150 g Deco Melts
• 75 ml whipped cream
• 150 g butter

Make sure the butter is at room temperature. With 150g of Deco Melts and 75 ml whipped cream, first make ganache following the recipe above.

Put the butter in a mixing bowl and place a (flat) beater on your mixer. Beat the butter for 5 minutes on medium speed until it's creamy. Then add the ganache bit by bit to the buttercream and mix until the ganache has completely dissolved before adding the next part.

Ingredients: sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), cocoa powder (fat reduced), emulsifier: E492, E322 (sunflower).

May contain traces of: milk, nuts.
