Description
The Callebaut topping red currants and raspberry is a delicious topping for decorating cupcakes, ice-creams, milkshakes, pancakes and much more. This red coloured topping runs perfectly and has a fluid texture to decorate desserts and treats.
The Callebaut topping has a lovely sweet, fruity flavour and can be used cold and warm. The topping comes in a handy squeeze bottle what allows easy dosing and serving with great precision.
How to use: use cold or heat a bain-marie up to 35°C to serve it warm.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, red currants (15%), water, raspberry paste (12%), raspberry paste (12%), natrictional: citric acid, stabilizer: E440i, aroma, concentrated black apple juice, preservative: potassium sorbate, stabilizer: E450, acidity regulator: E331iii. May contain traces of: wheat.
The shelf life once opened is approx. 4 weeks if stored in the fridge.
Storage: 12 - 20°C.

For a warm sauce, place the bottle in a pan of hot water and heat slowly to a maximum of 35°C. Do not boil. Shake well before use. Cold, it can be poured directly over desserts or drinks.
