Description
A delicious topping of real caramel from Callebaut. This golden caramel coloured topping runs perfectly and has a fluid texture to decorate desserts and treats. Great for decorating ice-creams, milkshakes, pancakes, cupcakes and much more!
The Callebaut topping has a lovely butter toffee flavour and can be used cold and warm. The topping comes in a handy squeeze bottle what allows easy dosing and serving with great precision.
How to use: use cold or heat a bain-marie up to 35°C to serve it warm.
Ingredients: caramelized sugar syrup (100%). Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The shelf life once opened is approx. 4 weeks if stored in the fridge.
Storage: 12 - 20°C.

For a warm sauce, place the bottle in a pan of hot water and heat slowly to a maximum of 35°C. Do not boil. Shake well before use. Cold, it can be poured directly over desserts or drinks.

Jammer dat de room karamel niet bestelbaar meer is. Vind deze suiker caramel topping echt een tegenvaller. Caramel is heel dun en de smaak is niet echt caramel
