Description
The Callebaut topping chocolate dark is a decadent runny velvety chocolate sauce with intense cocoa taste! This dark brown topping with chocolate flavour runs perfectly and has a fluid texture to decorate desserts and treats. Great for decorating ice-creams, milkshakes, pancakes, cupcakes and much more!
The topping can be used cold and warm. The topping comes in a handy squeeze bottle what allows easy dosing and serving with great precision.
How to use: use cold or heat a bain-marie up to 35°C to serve it warm.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, dextrose, sugar, skimmed cocoa powder, stabilizer: sorbitol, condensed sweetened milk, (whole milk, sugar), gelling agent: E407 with standardized sugar, preservative: sorbic acid, salt, vanillin. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: wheat.
The shelf life once opened is approx. 4 weeks if stored in the fridge.
Storage: 12 - 20°C.

For a warm sauce, place the bottle in a pan of hot water and heat slowly to a maximum of 35°C. Do not boil. Shake well before use. Cold, it can be poured directly over desserts or drinks.
