• 150 gram soft unsalted butter
• 175 ml water
• 1 egg
• 20 gram melted butter

Use a mixer with dough hooks to mix 500 gram Funcakes mix for Sweet Waffles, 150 gram of butter, 175 ml of water and 1 egg (50 gram) in approximately 4-5 minutes into a smooth dough. Add 20 gram melted butter and let it dissolve in the batter. It now forms a tough somewhat sticky dough. Make dough balls of 70 gram, approximately 12 pieces. Spray the waffle maker with the baking spray. Bake the waffles in about 3-4 minutes until golden.

Melt 350 gram of chocolate melts in a bowl in the microwave. Put a lollipop stick in each waffle and dip some waffles in the chocolate. Put the remaining chocolate in a decorating bag and drizzle the chocolate over the remaining waffles. Sprinkle  over some nonpareils and place some sugar decorations on the waffles when the chocolate is still liquid. Let the chocolate waffles stiffen up in the fridge.
