- FunCakes Bake Release Spray
- FunCakes Edible Glue
- Wilton Royal Icing Decorations Reindeer Set/12

Step 1: Make the FunCakes mix for Cake Brownie
Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C). Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature before processing. Make the FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie as directed on the package.
Tip: This recipe is made with the FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownies. Want even gooeyer brownies? Then replace the baking mix for cake brownies with the FunCakes Mix for Fudge Brownies!
Step 2: Bake the brownies
Grease the Wilton brownie baking tin with the FunCakes Bake Release Spray. Then line the baking tin with baking paper and spatula the batter into the brownie pan. Bake the brownies in the middle of the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
After baking, immediately dump the brownie onto a cooling rack and leave to cool well. If you leave the baking sheet in place while cooling, the brownie will stay nice and gooey. When the brownie has cooled, peel off the baking paper.
Step 3: Decorate the Rudolph Reindeer Brownies
Once the brownies are well cooled, cut the brownies into equal pieces. Then stick the Wilton Royal Icing Decorations Reindeer onto the brownies using the FunCakes Edible Glue. Then let the glue dry thoroughly.
