The FunCakes Mix for Fudge Brownie is everything you need to create the ultimate gooey, chocolate-rich brownies. Deep in colour, soft in the center and irresistibly fudgy, a dream come true for any chocolate lover. It’s perfect as is, but feel free to add chopped nuts, chocolate chunks or a drizzle of chocolate glaze after baking.
This mix brings the American classic right into your kitchen. Just add butter and eggs for consistent, mouth-watering results every time.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C). Mix 500 g of mix with 250 g of melted butter. Add 3 eggs (150 g) and mix for 5 minutes on low speed until smooth. Optionally fold in 125 g chopped walnuts and/or hazelnuts. Pour into a greased, lined baking tin. Bake for approx. 35 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
