The Renshaw fondant pro extra is specially formulated to be extra firm and extra elastic. It is suitable for hotter and more humid climates! This fondant has a firmer texture than standard Renshaw fondant.

The vanilla flavoured fondant from the UK is highly elastic, but firm and doesn’t stick. Due to its smooth finish it ideal for covering cakes, but can also be used for make beautiful decorations.

You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant: E422, emulsifier: E471, stabiliser: E413, E466, preservative: E202, natural flavouring.

May contain traces of: egg, soy, milk, nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
