This versatile fondant rolls out smoothly and is easy to shape and model, making it perfect for covering cakes, cupcakes and cookies or creating festive decorations and details. Achieve a smooth, professional finish without cracks or tears.
The light vanilla flavour pairs beautifully with a variety of cakes and fillings. Thanks to its fine texture, the fondant dries with a smooth surface that can easily be painted or dusted for extra festive accents. Ideal for Christmas cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other seasonal creations!

Knead the fondant on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable. Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out the fondant to a thickness of 2-4mm. Roll the fondant up using a rolling pin and place it over the cake. Gently smooth the top with your hand. Smooth the sides with the palm of your hand or use a smoother for a flawless finish. Trim away any excess fondant. For best results: first cover the cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache before applying the fondant.
Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap leftover fondant airtight.
