This versatile fondant rolls out smoothly and is easy to model, making it perfect for covering cakes, cupcakes and cookies as well as creating playful figures and eye-catching details. Ideal for party themes, children’s birthdays and designs where bright colours take centre stage.
The fondant has a light vanilla flavour that pairs beautifully with a variety of cakes. Thanks to its fine texture, it does not crack, cuts cleanly and dries with a smooth finish. The surface can easily be painted or dusted for extra accents. The set includes neon pink, neon orange, neon yellow, neon blue and black for powerful colour combinations and maximum impact.

- Knead the fondant on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
- Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out the fondant to a thickness of 2-4mm.
- Roll the fondant up using a rolling pin and place it over the cake. Gently smooth the top with your hand.
- Smooth the sides with the palm of your hand or use a smoother for a flawless finish. Trim away any excess fondant.
- For small cracks: gently rub with your hand or use a flexi smoother while the fondant is still fresh.
- For best results: first cover the cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache before applying the fondant.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap leftover fondant airtight.
