The Renshaw Flower & Modelling Paste Dahlia Black 250g has been specially developed for modelling realistic flowers, elegant figures and fine details that perfectly hold their shape. Thanks to its fine, smooth texture you can work with great precision, while the paste is firm enough to allow thinly rolled petals to dry perfectly.
The powerful dahlia black colour is ideal for modern designs, contrasting accents and stylish themed cakes with a professional finish.

Knead the paste thoroughly with your fingers until it becomes smooth, soft and elastic. This makes the paste easier to work with and helps prevent cracks while rolling. Roll the paste out thinly with a rolling pin on a lightly dusted surface with icing sugar to prevent sticking.
For best results, work with small quantities at a time and keep the remaining paste tightly wrapped to prevent it from drying out. Use cutters or modelling tools to create flowers, figures or fine details. Allow the decorations to air dry completely before placing them onto your cake or baked goods.
