Our Baking Mixes
All our baking mixes are from the A-brand FunCakes. The range includes baking mixes for making pies and cakes, such as a biscuit cake, red velvet cake, ruby cake, dark chocolate cake and more. But also baking mixes for making cupcakes, muffins, brownies, cookies, macarons, waffles and donuts. The FunCakes baking mixes are available in various weights and there are also mixes for a special diet, such as gluten-free baking mixes, lactose-free baking mixes and a mix for vegan cake.

Essentials
Do you prefer to bake without a baking mix (baking from scratch)? Then our essential baking ingredients come in handy. Among our basic baking ingredients you will find all the essentials that you can use if you bake without a baking mix. From various baking powders, such as tartar, icing sugar, agar agar, almond flour, baking salt, xanthan gum and more, to glucose syrup, baking spray, glycerine and shortening.

Toppings & Fillings
Make your cakes, cupcakes, desserts and pastries even better with the toppings and fillings from our range. Deleukstaartenshop has an extensive range of fillings and toppings, such as a mix for buttercream, the FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® and various creamy fillings. But you will also find glazes and icings, chocolate fillings such as ganache, mousse and bavarois in the range. For example, did you know that we sell different flavors of bavarois? And would you like to finish your baking with a delicious, shiny topping? Then try out our fruit and caramel toppings or glaze toppings, these are also very suitable for creating a mirror top layer! 

Bread Ingredients

Whether you want to bake a delicious white bread, brown bread, baguette or wholemeal bread or just delicious sweet rolls or savory rolls, everything is possible with the bread ingredients from our range. You will find products like wheat flour, pastry flour and instant yeast in the range!

Colourings
Do you want to give your cake, topping or filling a special colour? We have a wide range of different types of food colourings from various brands! For example, colour your buttercream or royal icing in your favourite colour with a colouring paste or colouring gel. Give chocolate a nice colour with the chocolate and candy dyes and add the most beautiful details to cookies with a bit of edible paint or edible markers. In addition, you will also find natural food colours, liquid colours, airbrush colours and edible paint!

Flavourings
Give your cake topping or filling a delicious flavour with one of our flavourings. Our range of flavours includes, among others, FunCakes Flavour Pastes in many different flavours! Prefer to give the cake itself a different flavour? Then use, for example, one of the natural flavours from Sugarflair or a concentrated flavour from LorAnn.

Chocolate & Candy Melts
Do you also prefer to dip everything in the chocolate, do you want to make a beautiful drip or maybe your own chocolates or lollipops? In our range we sell, among other things, a wide range of different colors of deco melts and candy melts, but also delicious chocolate melts in different weights and handy chocolate drip bottles.
