Make soft vanilla-flavoured marshmallows in just a few simple steps. Mix 140 g of mix with 70 ml of water and heat for about 30 seconds in the microwave at 700 W. Then whip for several minutes with a mixer until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Spread into a lightly greased or lined tin and leave to set for at least 1 hour at room temperature. Cut into cubes and roll in icing sugar or dip in melted chocolate if desired.
