• FunCakes Mix foor Cookies 500 g
• FunCakes Sprinkle Medley Happy
• FunCakesIcing Sugar
• FunCakes Clear Piping Gel
• 150 g butter
• 1 egg

• Oetker Peppa Pig & Friends - Cookie Cutter Set pc/5
• Wilton -Perfect Height- Rolling Pin 22,5cm 
• Baking paper
• Brush
• Small bowl

Step 1: Make the cookie dough

Process the ingredients at room temperature. Prepare 500 grams of the FunCakes Mix for Cookies as indicated on the packaging. Knead the mixture into a dough and wrap it in plastic wrap. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Step 2: Bake the cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a floured work surface (to about 3 mm thickness). Cut out the cookies using the Peppa Pig cutters and bake them in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden.

Step 3: Decorate the cookies

Place the sprinkles in a bowl for easy dipping of the cookies. Apply some piping gel using a brush and dip the cookie into the sprinkles.
