The FunCakes Piping Gel is a transparent gel that can be used for creating beautiful effects on cakes (e.g. drops of water or misty effects). Or you can lubricate the top of cupcakes thinly with the piping gel before you cover them with marzipan or fondant. Besides that, the gel from FunCakes is ideal for pasting an (wafer) image on your cake. Due to the transparent gel you won’t see the gel true the image.

• Do you like working with dummies? Than is the piping gel also great! Lubricate the dummy with piping gel and then cover it for example with fondant. The fondant will stack perfectly to your dummy.
• You could also use the piping gel as an outline for pictures on your cake. First pipe the outlines with the gel, then colour in the figure. The outlines will disappear because the gel is colourless. You can use a disposbale decorating bag to pipe the gel.
