The LorAnn Super Strengt Flavors are concentrated flavors, also known as candy oils or candy flavors. These flavors contain no vegetable oils. The term candy oil refers to a type of flavor that is concentrated and undiluted. These flavors are 3 to 4 times stronger than flavors based on water and alcohol.

These flavors don''t diminish when exposed to high heat. And they are suitable for fondant and marzipan. Due to the high concentration the structure of the fondant and marzipan will not changes when these flavors are added. When substituting these flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
