The LorAnn Super Strength Flavor is a highly concentrated flavouring, often referred to as a candy flavour. Developed for baking and confectionery applications, it delivers intense flavour with only a small amount needed. Thanks to its concentrated formula, it performs exceptionally well in a wide range of sweet creations without affecting texture.
Unlike many standard flavourings, this flavour retains its taste during baking and other high-heat applications. It is suitable for use in fondant, marzipan, chocolate, candies, cakes, cookies, brownies and more, making it a versatile addition to any cake decorator’s or baker’s toolkit.

For best results, we recommend the following guidelines for
- Wipe up spills quickly as prolonged contact with plastic and counter tops may cause damage.
- Do not use plastic measuring spoons and utensils.
- Avoid direct contact with skin when product is used full-strength. Some flavors such as cinnamon and almond are particularly potent.

Had na gebruik van maatbeker waar ik een paar van die druppels had in gedaan en daarna nog wat vlbr ingredienten, de maatbeker in de vaatwasser gedaan. Nadat hij weer schoon uit de vaatwasser kwam schrok ik wel een beetje. Hij is van hardplastic en toen zag ik dus dat waar die druppels hadden gezeten, het er helemaal was ingevreten/ingebrand. Ik ga dit maar niet meer gebruiken, vond het nogal heftig... Reactie DLTS: Dit probleem wordt inderdaad erkend door LorAnn Oils. Zij geven op hun website het volgende aan: Alle LorAnn smaakstoffen zijn goedgekeurd door de FDA voor gebruik in voedsel. Onze super-strength smaakstoffen zijn geconcentreerd en daarom erg sterk. Voor het beste resultaat adviseren we daarom de volgende richtlijnen: • Veeg spatjes snel weg, omdat lang contact met plastic en werkbladen beschadiging kan veroorzaken. • Gebruik geen plastic keukengerei. • Vermijd direct contact met de huid als het product op volle sterkte wordt gebruikt. Sommige smaken, zoals kaneel en amandel, zijn extra sterk. Daarom adviseren we spaarzaam gebruik in lippenbalsam en andere bereidingen voor gebruik op de huid. Andere, minder sterke smaakstoffen hebben dit probleem niet, omdat ze bij productie al verdund worden. De ingrediënten wijken niet wezenlijk af.
