• FunCakes Deco Melts White 1 kg
• FunCakes Deco Melts - Raspberry Flavour- 250g             
• FunCakes Deco Melts - Mango flavour - 250g
• FunCakes Deco Melts - Green Apple flavour- 250g
• FunCakes Deco Melts - Lemon flavour - 250g
• FunCakes Food Pen Black           
• Strawberries

• Patisse Parchment Paper Sheets 38x30cm pk/20

Step 1: Melt the FunCakes Deco Melts

Put all the colors of the FunCakes Deco Melts in separate heat-resistant bowls and divide 400 grams of the white Deco Melts among all the colors. This will give you pastel colors. Then melt the Deco Melts in the microwave or au bain-marie. In the microwave, melt the Deco Melts at max 500W in and bowl. Stir the melts well every 15-20 seconds and stop heating once the melts are almost completely melted (small pieces still visible). Keep stirring until the melts are completely smoothly melted

Step 2: Dip the strawberries

Line a plate with baking paper. Then dip the strawberries in the Deco Melts and let them drip for a while. Then place them on the dish and let the chocolate strawberries set in the refrigerator. This will give them a nice hard coating and shine.

Step 3: Decorate the chocolate strawberries

Using the FunCakes Edible Marker Black, give the hardened chocolate strawberries a face to match the Kawaii trend perfectly!
