Wilton Paramount Crystals help improve the fluidity and workability of chocolate, candy melts and yogurt coatings. By adding the crystals, your coating stays fluid for longer and becomes easier to work with, giving you more time to decorate your cakes and other bakes.

Use Wilton Paramount Crystals when dipping, drizzling, coating or filling molds to create a smoother and more workable consistency. Melt the Paramount Crystals and your chocolate, candy melts or yogurt coating separately, then stir them together well. Use 5 g of Paramount Crystals per 100 g of product. One bag is enough for approximately 90 batches, so you can use it for plenty of baking and decorating projects.
