- Add paramount crystals to ensure a smooth, even consistency of chocolate, candy, carob and yoghurt coatings
- Melting aid for chocolate, making tempering faster and more reliable
- The paramount crystals are colour- and flavourless and won't affect the colour and flavour of your creations.
- Gluten-free, salt- and sugar free and suitable for kosher, Halal and vegan customers.
Use: add 3-5 g (1tsp) per 100 g of product. Add gradually, stirring between each addition until the desired consistency is reached.
Ingredients: hydrogenated oil (palm kernel), emulsifier: E471, E322 (sunflower).
