- 75 gram unsalted butter
- Egg
- Vanille ice cream
- Cream
- Chocolate jimmies or another decoration
Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Knead 250 g mix, 75 g butter and a half egg to a firm dough. Let it stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out the cookies. Bake the cookies in approx. 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool down after baking.
Place a scoop of ice cream on a cookie and place the second layer on top. Finish the sandwiches with cream and jimmies.
