- FunCakes Mix for Buttercream 400 g

- 160 g egg
- 70 + 480 gram butter
- 135 + 400 ml water

Step 1: Make the FunCakes mix for Cake Brownie
Preheat the oven to 175°C (hot-air oven 160°C). Prepare 640g FunCakes mix for Cake Brownies with 160g egg, 70g butter and 135ml water as indicated on the packet. Grease the baking moulds with baking spray. If necessary, place a piece of baking paper cut to size in the bottom of the mould.
Divide the batter between the two baking pans. Bake the brownies for 45-50 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack.
Step 2: Make the FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
Meanwhile, prepare 400 grams of FunCakes mix for Buttercream as indicated on the package. Divide this among six bowls and colour them in different shades of pink with Wilton Dyes Pink. Divide the six piping nozzles among six piping bags, and fill each piping bag with a different colour of buttercream.
Step 3: Build the stack cake
Cut each brownie horizontally. Pipe tufts on each layer of cake as you see fit, alternating between the different colours of pink. Stack the layers on top of each other.
