Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection 160°C). Mix the baking mix with eggs, butter and water for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add fillings like nuts, raisins or bake-stable chocolate if desired. Line a greased baking tin with parchment paper and fill with the batter. Bake in the preheated oven. Let cool and optionally cover with chocolate glaze. Also great for making chocolate cupcakes.
