Ingrediënts for the Graze Away Waffles

• 500 g FunCakes Mix for Waffles
• FunCakes Deco Melts Purple
• FunCakes Deco Melts Orange
• FunCakes Deco Melts Pink
• FunCakes Nonpareils Dark Pink
• FunCakes Nonpareils Orange
• FunCakes Nonpareils Purple
• FunCakes Confetti Metallic Purple
• FunCakes Confetti Metallic Pink
• 175 ml water
• 150 g unsalted (cream)butter
• 1 egg (approx. 50g)

Step 1: Get started on the base for the Graze Away Waffles

First, we'll start with the FunCakes Mix for Waffles, herefore you'll need the FunCakes mix for waffles, 1 egg (50g), 150g butter and 175ml water. Process these ingredients on room temperature.

Mix the FunCakes mix for waffles, the egg, the water and the butter in a bowl and mix it for 3-4 minutes on medium speed until a smooth batter. Heat the waffle maker and spray the baking trays with bake spray. Turn the dough into small balls of about 35g a piece and bake the mini waffles for 3-4 minutes in the waffle maker. 

Step 2: Making the Deco Melts for the Graze Away Waffles

Put the different colours Deco Melts one by one into the microwave using a microwave safe bowl and melt the Deco Melts for 15-20 seconds at 500W in the microwave. Stir the Deco Melts well, melt them again in the microwave for 15-20 seconds at 500W and stir it again. Keep repeating this process until the Deco Melts are almost fully melted (small pieces can be visible). You can stir the small pieces when the Deco Melts are still warm. 

Step 3: Decorating the Graze Away Waffles

When all the different colours of Deco Melts are melted, dip the waffles about halfway into the Deco Melts and sprinkle some of the decorations of your own choice on top, such as nonpareils and/or confetti. Decorate the waffles to your own liking.
