Ingredients for the Graze Away Donuts
- 500 g FunCakes Mix for Delicious Donuts
- 400 g FunCakes Dip 'n Drip White
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Orange
- FunCakes Food Colour Gel Purple
- FunCakes Nonpareils Purple
- FunCakes Nonpareils Dark Pink
- FunCakes Nonpareils Orange
- FunCakes Confetti Metallic Pink
- FunCakes Confetti Metallic Purple
- 215 ml water
- 55 g vegetable oil

Step 1: Make the base for the Graze Away Donuts
Start with 500g of the FunCakes Mix for Donuts, add 215ml water and 55g vegetable oil to the batter and mix it for 5 minutes wit a dough hook. Roll the batter into a thickness of 5mm and cut the donuts using the donut & bagel cutter from Patisse. Let the donuts rest for 25 minutes underneath a clean dish cloth.
Step 2: Bake the Graze Away Donuts
To get the best result, bake the donuts in a frying pan. If necessary, the donuts can also be baked in the oven.
When using a frying pan, preheat it to 180°C and bake the donuts for 3-4 minutes. Turn the donuts every once in a while while baking, about 90 seconds on each side, and let them drain on a paper towel.
When using the oven, preheat the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C). Then put the donuts in a donut pan and bake them for 12 minutes.
Step 3: Decorating the Graze Away Donuts
Heat some of the FunCakes Dip 'n Drip white in a bowl in the microwave for about 10 seconds and dip the donuts into this. You can immediately throw a mix of sprinkles on some of the donuts.
You can use some of the Dip 'n Drip and colour it purple and orange using the FunCakes Food Colour Gels, if necessary heat it in the microwave. Put it in a decorating bag and drizzle it on top of the white glazed donuts.
