The FunCakes Food Colour Gel is a highly concentrated food colour gel that is ideal for colouring fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, cakes, batters, gum paste and more. Just a single drip is enough to create vibrant colours, so the tube will last a long time. The precision-designed tube allows for clean and easy dosing without mess, while the flip cap stays neat. The food colour is bake stable up to 200°C, making it suitable for both decorating and colouring cake batters.

Add the desired amount of colour to fondant, icing, marzipan or cream, then knead or stir until the colour is fully blended. Continue kneading or stirring until the desired shade is achieved.
