Easily make a delicious, fluffy bavarois with this mix from FunCakes. You only need to add whipped cream and water! This bavarois is delicious on a crispy cookie bottom, as a filling in your sponge cake or as a dessert with fresh fruit.

- Freeze proof.
- Content: 150 g.
Whip 250 ml of whipping cream until softly whipped. Mix 50 g of bavarois mix with 60 ml of lukewarm water and gently fold this mixture into the whipped cream. The bavarois must be processed immediately, for example in a cake or on a dessert, then leave to set in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour. The bavarois can also be frozen.
Sugar, starch (corn), gelatin (pork), 5,0% strawberry (dried), acid: E330, modified starch: E1414, flavouring, colour: E162, salt.
May contain traces of: egg, soy, milk, sesame and lupin.
Store in a cool, dry place, 8-20°C.
