The FunCakes glaze topping has the flavour of chocolate and is perfect for making a mirror top layer on desserts, Bavarian cakes and more. The glaze topping is also known as cold gel.
Instructions: for cold use spread with a pallet knife on e.g. Bavarian cakes and desserts. Stir before use.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, skimmed cocoa powder, modified starch (corn), colour: E150a, acidity regulator: E270, flavouring, preservative: E202. May contain traces of: gluten, soy, nuts and sulphites. This product is: Halal certified.
