FunCakes flavour pastas can be added to batter and are also suitable to bake with. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavour pasta because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavour pasta can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, citrus fruits (orange, lime), sugar, acidifier (E330), flavours, stabilizer (E440i), colouring (E133). Contains no alcohol.

Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
