Description

Give your buttercream, bavarois, ice cream and different fillings a delicious flavour with this creamy caramel flavour pasta from FunCakes.

FunCakes flavour pastas can be added to batter and are also suitable to bake with. They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavour pasta because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The flavour pasta can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, milk, colour: E150a, E160a, flavour pasta, acidity regulator: E330, emulsifier: E407, E440a, antioxidant: E300. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg and nuts.

Recommended dosage: 30 g per 500 g.

    Add the flavour paste little by little and taste in between to see if it’s as desired. For batter, keep the recommended dosage, or a bit more for baking at high temperature (above 200°C).
