With the Dr. Oetker Cupcake Mix Naturel you can bake beautiful, flat cupcakes. Full of flavour and wonderfully moist. Since the tops are flat, they are easy to decorate.
- Easily bake your own cupcakes with the Dr. Oetker Cupcake Mix Naturel.
- Just add 100 g butter or margarine, 2 eggs and 100 ml milk.
- Content: 300 g.
Make sure the eggs are at room temperature and the butter is soft before you begin. Preheat the oven to 175ºC (fan).
Add the mix, eggs, milk and butter to a mixing bowl and blend on the lowest speed until well combined. Then beat on the highest setting for 1 minute until the batter is smooth and creamy. Place cupcake cases in a muffin tin and divide the batter evenly among the cases using two tablespoons or an ice cream scoop.
Place the muffin tin in the centre of the preheated oven and bake the cupcakes for approximately 22 minutes until cooked through. The cupcakes are ready when they spring back lightly after pressing the top gently with your finger.
