Dino & Glamour Ice Cream Cone Cakes

Ingredients for the Dino & Glamour Ice Cream Cone Cakes

• 360 gram FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie
• 150 gram FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®
• FunCakes Decorating Bags 41cm
• FunCakes Sprinkle Medley Glamour Pink OF FunCakes Sprinkle Medley Dino
• RD ProGel® Concentrated Colour Pink OF FunCakes Food Colour Gel Bright Green 
• 2 eggs
• 40 gr butter
• 75 ml water
• 150 ml milk
• 12 ice cream cones

• Wilton Cone Rack  
• Wilton Decorating Tip #1M Open Star  
• Plastic foil

Step 1: Prepare the mix for cake brownie for the Dino & Glamour Ice Cream Cone Cakes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and place the ice cream cones in the rack and on a baking tray.

Prepare 360 gram FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownie with 2 eggs, 40 gram butter and 75 ml water and mix everything for 3 minutes on the lowest setting into a smooth batter. Spoon the batter into a piping bag, cut off a tip and fill the ice cream cones with batter. Bake the cakes for about 20 minutes and then let them cool completely.

Step 2: Prepare the Enchanted Cream® for the Dino & Glamour Ice Cream Cone Cakes

Prepare the 150 gram FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® with 150 ml milk and beat the whole for 3 minutes on the highest setting. Then divide the Enchanted Cream®  into 3 equal portions. Colour 2 portions with the colouring gel pink OR green in a lighter and a dark shade.

Step 3: Decorate the Dino & Glamour Ice Cream Cone Cakes

Place a sheet of plastic foil on the counter and divide lengthwise 3 colours of Enchanted Cream® (pink or green)  over it and roll it up. Cut a piece off the front of the roll, put it in a piping bag with 1M and pipe nice swirls on the ice creams. Sprinkle with the Glamor Medley OR the Dino Medley.
