Description
The Callebaut Chocolate mousse white has a delicious sweet creamy milk chocolate taste. The mousse contains 58,5% Callebaut white chocolate. The Callebaut Chocolate mousse has a rich and full texture, which is solid and airy at the same time.
The Callebaut mousse is easy to made, it will cost you approx. 5 minutes plus 2 hours chilling. Easily add the right amount of milk, mix it at high speed, spray it in de desired dished and let it stand in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Ingredients: white chocolate 58,5% (sugar, fry whole milk, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), skimmed milk powder, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat, milk proteins, emulsifier: E471, emulsifier: E472a, stabiliser: E340ii, color: E160a. Add 1 litre of cold whole milk to 800 g of Callebaut Chocolate Mousse powder. Whip the mixture for 5 minutes at high speed until light and airy. Pipe the mousse into dessert glasses or use it as a filling. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. For quenelles: allow the mousse to set first, then scoop using warmed spoons to create elegant shapes for plating.

Een heerlijke luchtige mousse. Smaakt als melkschuim met een subtiel witte chocolade smaak in de achtermond, heerlijk! Als ik een tip mag geven: dit is een A+ product, je kan het best mengen met de beste melk. Dus het aanmaken met, bijvoorbeeld, melk van de Aldi of Lidl is no go!.
Vooral niet luchtig, wat je wel verwacht van een mousse. Heb het 1x aangeschaft en nooit weer, het smaakte ook niet lekker.
